Project Description

Devlin Developments, known for building stylish, bespoke homes, first used our Rural Multi bricks for a two-home development. They were impressed with the depth and richness of colour of the bricks, which added character and charm to the properties. Keen to look for new ways to provide their clients with truly unique homes, Devlin Developments worked with us to design two completely bespoke blends for their next developments. 
 
The two developments are located in a beautiful countryside setting, overlooking fields and woodland. One of the key goals of the project was to develop a blend that would complement the surrounding environment, while giving the properties a distinctive Devlin Developments aesthetic. We offer this bespoke service at no extra cost, and Devlin Developments had complete freedom to create two blends that were tailored to their requirements and would meet any planning restrictions in the area. 
 
The first development, in Carbrooke, is now complete and fully occupied, whilst the second, in Great Ellingham, is currently in construction.

By managing the entire process in-house, we eliminated any complexities and delays that are typical with third-party suppliers. Supporting and adapting to our clients’ needs is at the foundation of our service and our ability to keep the process smooth and efficient was particularly important in this project.

We ensured full transparency throughout the process, keeping the client informed at every stage – from the initial trials in our factory to creating visual walls to confirm the final blend and all the way to packing and delivering the materials on-site. 
 
We also share Devlin Development’s commitment to sustainable development and the creation of a range of new eco-products was one of the stand-out successes of the project. These products, including bat boxes and bee houses, allowed Devlin Developments to meet Biodiversity Net Gain rules. They were so successful that they are now a permanent feature in our main product range.
