Sparrow Terrace

House sparrows are communal nesters, meaning they prefer to raise their young alongside other families.

The Sparrow Terrace mimics this behaviour with multiple nesting compartments, allowing colonies to establish safely. This is especially important as sparrow populations have crashed in many towns and cities due to lack of suitable nesting spaces.

Supporting colonies with terraced boxes not only helps sparrows recover but also boosts local biodiversity, as they play a vital role in insect control and food chains.
